As an effective problem solver, we follow a structure:

1. Define the problem/goals

2. Identify an approach, whether a framework or a problem-solving process

3. Collect and analyze data - both internal (your reflection, deepened with our guidance) or external (your research or our knowledge base)

4. Synthesize the information and make a decision

We will alternate between being analytical and intuitive, structured and fluid, practical and idealistic.

We will draw from various problem-solving and strategic approaches developed by world-class thinkers and institutions such as Boston Consulting Group, IDEO, and Harvard Business School.

We will also incorporate coaching and reflection tools developed by reputable organizations like Co-Active and other.
